Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Abington Youth Football
REGISTRATION RETURN POLICY AND EQUIPMENT RETURN POLICY 1. 100% of the registration fee will be refunded if requested in writing to Abington Youth Football and Cheer before the first day of practice of that season. 2. After first day of practice the registration fee is non-refundable except under special circumstances by petition in writing before the AYF Board of Directors. All board decisions will be final. 3. Equipment returns deposit checks should be dated for 12/01/20XX (XX of that season). In the event that all equipment is not returned at the end of the season, the deposit check will be cashed. Otherwise all checks shall be returned or shredded. *Fees become non-refundable due to the commitment that Abington Youth Football and Cheer makes to ensure that players are outfitted with safe and proper equipment. All equipment purchases must be made prior to the start of the season to ensure all players will have the proper equipment required to play.
